[Symphosium & Exhibition]The peopling of France and the origins of the agricultural lifestyle

A one-day international symposium will present to the general public on novembre 19, 2024 at Buffon amphitheater of the Université Paris-Cité, 15 rue Hélène Brion, 75013 Paris, both individual and collaborative achievements of the Turkish and French partners of the international project NEOMATRIX that studied the Neolithic expansion from the archaeogenetic perspective.

This symposium will accompany an exhibition conceived and organized by Eva-Maria Geigl and Thierry Grange, (Université Paris-Cité, CNRS, Institut Jacques Monod) in collaboration with a team of UMR8215-Trajectoires, and by the team of the cultural service of the Université Paris-Cité, funded by the Université Paris-Cité and NEOMATRIX:
